In that case you will be notify in advance. The itinerary is broken down into Day and Time. > MARCH 10TH WEDNESDAY • ARRIVAL BARCELONA
MORNING / Arrival to Barcelona Welcome & Good Morning
Landing at El Prat Airport in Barcelona. Clear customs and baggage claim. You may opt to book one of our private transfer services or take the Train/Subway to the hotel. (not included)
Arrival to AXEL Hotel Check IN
We arrive at the host hotel. While we take care of your luggage, we invite you to go through the Check IN process. Looking for a quick and smooth Check IN please have your documentation ready and handy. ( E-voucher / Passport / Credit Card for incidentals ).
> TIP you may choose from these three types of Standard rooms. Single / Double with Twin Beds / Double with Queen or King bed. Higher room classes also available upon request 15 days prior departure.
REST OF THE DAY / On your own
We will give you the rest of the day on your own, to unpack, take a shower and relax after a long flight. The host hotel will be centrally located in the Gayxample walking distance from most of the highlights and tourist attractions of Barcelona. So feel free to adventure yourself. But take your time to rest, we are just beginning our Barcelona Experience.
07.30 PM / Welcome Cocktail
Welcome to Barcelona by CM Boutique Gay Travel. At the terrace of the AXEL Hotel Barcelona, we will toast with local CAVA < champagne > and some local tapas. Also a Cash Bar will be available for drinks. Another excellent chance to finish getting acquainted with the rest of the group.
08.30 PM / Group DIner
Not Included / Optional first group dinner, perfect time to socialize and get to know more about other members in the group. The chosen restaurant is the gay owned and operated Marquette Caffe.

TILL 09.45 AM / Time for Breakfast
Good Morning. Ready to see Barcelona ?. We encourage you allow some time to enjoy the complimentary Breakfast buffet from the hotel. We have a long day ahead of us.
10.00 AM / Morning City Tour Barcelona
( 03 hours ) City Tour Barcelona on our private bus with a Gay Bilingual Guide. Visiting some of the following attractions: Plaza Cataluña, Cathedral, Gothic Quarter, Sant Jaume Palace, Olympic Village, Olympic Port Olimpic, Montjuic, Olympic Ring, and Poble Espanyol.
01.00 PM / Lunch
Not Included / We will stop for two hours to have lunch. The meeting point area is surrounded with multiple restaurant options for you to choose from. If you choose to have something quick to keep exploring on your own, please be back by 03 PM.
03.00 PM / Afternoon City Tour Barcelona
( 03 hours ) City Tour Barcelona on our private bus with a Gay Bilingual Guide. Visiting some of the following attractions: Passeig de Gracia with panoramic views of Gaudi’s landmarks, Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, Park Guell and Sagrada Familia and unfinished masterpiece, Santa Maria del Mar, El Born Quarter and La Ribera.
