Boutique Travel, basically means that we customize our services to match your needs, interests and requirements. Let’s say a City Tour of the city.... we will schedule it to fit your timing, we will ask you what are you most interested on experiencing, visiting or seeing and we will either do it on a private car service or walking or any way you wish to. A 100% personalized and customized service. Also we offer our concierge service, for restaurant, shows and events booking.
We enjoy delivering this type of service, and we remain far from the classic Travel Agency concept that offers the same global service, regardless of the type of customer and their personal needs or interests. All bookings, are handled and treated according to our Tailor Made and Personalized standard of service, where to us each customer is unique

This person is the one in charge to select, review and approve all the products and services that we will deliver to you. That is why our firm commitment at CM to all our customers is that We’ve Been There and Done That ... before offering it to you.
We are Independent Gay Travelers or Travel Agents willing to take you by our expert hands, showing you our destinations through the eyes of a local person, saving you money, time and most important avoiding BAD experiences.

WERE IS CM BOUTIQUE GAY TRAVEL BASED <<
CM Boutique Gay Travel is mainly based Online. We consider ourselves an Online Gay Boutique Travel Agency. Therefore all transactions are handled either by Email or Phone and all the Documentation and Vouchers are delivered to you by Email in the format of eVouchers or eTickets on a PDF Format. I spend my year, commuting in between New York City and Buenos Aires, so you may find me at any of these two locations.

HOW TO BOOK THROUGH US <<
Very easy and fast.!!! Just choose the service or product that you like from our website and fill out the booking form, and you are DONE. We will reply within 24 hours with your confirmation or an alternative and suitable option due to the eventually lack of availability.
If you do not find the service or product of your preference online, don’t panic... contact me explaining what is that you are looking for, and I guarantee that we will do our best to make it happen for you.
For most of the travel services or products, the information you need to provide is: Name and Last Name + Nationality + Passport Number + Date of Birth. So to avoid any delays, please send us all these information when you contact us.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKINGS <<
We accept all major credit cards through the Online secure system of PAYPAL. This is a 100% secure service, used by many corporations worldwide, like Ebay. You will receive an Email with the payment request and you just need to follow the instructions. If you already have an account with them it won’t take you more that just a simple click. If you don’t, in only 5 minutes you will be able to open your own personal or business account for FREE.
We also accept payments by Western Union, or direct deposits to our bank account.
When you receive the confirmation of your booking, you will be notified of the payment deadline. All booking should be paid in full by this date, or your booking will be automatically canceled.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY <<
There is a General Rule and an Individual Rule. For most of the services and products that we feature and commercialize, their cancellation policy is as follows:
NO Refunds <
Within or less than 10 days notice previous to arrival date
50% Refunds <
Within 15 days notice previous arrival date
FULL Refunds <
Within 01 month notice previous arrival date
BUT in some individual cases different cancellation and refund policies my apply. If this would be the case, you will be informed and all will be explained and included in our eVouchers or eTickets.
Cancellations and refund process may include administration FEEs. You will be notified in the individual bases.
HOW DO I GET MY E-VOUCHERS / E-TICKETS & DOCUMENTATION <<
As explained above, all vouchers and documentation will be delivered to you by Email, on a PDF format as an eVoucher or eTicket version. You just need to open our email and print the documentation... and your are all ready and set to go.
DESTINATION WORKSHOPS <<
We tour around the world doing our Destination Workshops on Gay Travel to Argentina and Buenos Aires, Gay Travel to Uruguay and Gay Travel to New York City. This presentations are FREE to attend. Do not hesitate to contact us to find out more about this and the upcoming presentations. You can also receive this presentations by email on a PDF format. (a USD 05 administration FEE applies for this case).
