What can I say... it was my apartment for over some years and now I offer it to you. I love the apartment since it is very functional, modern, cozy and welcoming. It has all what you would need to feel like home while you are away. Located in the neighborhood of Palermo, chosen by most of the tourist because of its location while still a very quite area, Over an amazing section of the city, called Boulevard Charcas, that you will fall in love at first sight, surrounded by small cafes and restaurants. I can't wait to welcome you at The Best Apartment.

Located in one of the most chic and exclusive neighborhoods - Palermo, at the Charcas Boulevard, literally a mirage in the city. Surrounded by small cafes and restaurants, but still only 02 blocks away from the main avenues, public transportation, Alto Palermo Shopping Center, gyms, Cinemas complex and Supermarkets. Palermo is located in between Recoleta and the well known Palermo SOHO and Hollywood.
> DESCRIPTION
A studio fully equipped and functional for the pleasure of those travelers looking for a true and unique experience of the city. Maid service once every 07 nights. Cable TV, WIFI, air conditioning, telephone, laundry and most important 24 hs. security service. An unique option 06 blocks away from the area of Palermo SOHO and Recoleta. You cannot miss it.
Open room, with Flat Screen TV, Air conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Cordless Telephone, Queen Bed and double door Closet. The apartment also counts with an Air Mattress allowing a third person at the apartment.
24 hs. Security / WiFi throughout the Studio / Air conditioning with individual / Ceiling Fan / DVD Player / Flat Screen TV / Telephone / Microwave Oven / Refrigerator / Toaster / Laundry Room (washer and dryer).
+ Check IN: 02 PM / Check OUT: 12PM
+ Prices are per 01 or 02 Guests, BUT the apartment holds a maximum of 3 people.
+ No pets allowed. No parties allowed.
+ No loud noises allowed after 10PM during the week and 01AM during the weekends.
+ In case you may want to hold a party or welcoming, there is a common area where you can do that. For that you have to prebook. So please email us to book and for a quotation.
+ The date of Check IN you will be requested in CASH for a Safe Deposit. This is to cover any incidentals. Upon departure this will be fully refunded subject to the conditions of the studio.

Easy, safe and fast.!!! All payments are either processed by all major credit card using the online secure solution PAYPAL (www.paypal.com), or by direct deposit into our bank account. (please ask for the details if this is your preferred way of payment). Other optional alternative is Western Union wire transactions.
All payments are due at the moment of the confirmation and your formal agreement. Once payments are settled you will receive your eVouchers or eTickets directly to your email on PDF format.
