The NEW Hotel

The NEW Hotel is a brand new option in Miami Beach, North Beach. This area is also known as Little Argentina, and is one block away from the Collins Ave. and the beach. Although the hotel has its own mini bistro, the area is full of cafes and restaurants.

The hotel does not provide with Breakfast. Although you have a full kitchenette to fix your own... or you are steps away there are several cafes and breakfast bars such as Manolo ( Argentinean ) and Sazon ( Cuban ).

+ HIGHLIGHTS | 10 CM
The rooms... very comfortable, private and very nice and simple design. The beds are off a good size and the linen is all impeccable white and soft.

+ GAY FACTOR | 10 CM
100% Gay Friendly. The minute we stepped into the door they told us... THANK GOD finally we have you guys, we were dying to cater to the gay community.

All room types are off great taste and design. Privacy while they still have direct access to the pool area. The bathrooms are of a very good size, all with nice and warm green toned tiles. Full kichinette, safe deposit bow and regular services like WiFi, AC and Plasma TVs with Direct TV. Pay attention to the nice wood style floor tyles.

Oversized Queen Beds. Loved the mattresses and the the bed linens.

Maybe not the first choice for many of you. BUT if you are planing to rent a car.... believe no second thoughts. Get the best of Miami Beach in Boutique Style at very reasonable price. Parking is not an issue at all since the whole neighborhood is 100% Free Parking all day long. Spend you day in South Beach and rest comfortably and in style at North Beach.
