Of course we went for the full Tasting Menu, although there were several single options on the menu. Get ready for an approximately two hours gourmet experience, that borders the line with art and full senses delights. First dish: Lines of Scallops. Tuna, cocona, sweet potato and Umami sea.Charred Purple Corn Scented Octopus. Lentils. Yuzu. Olives. Bok Choy. And well so on…. one after the other, impeccable flavors, outstanding presentations, mixing techniques, styles and concepts from around the world, with the best fresh products from Peru.
Of course one of the prime dishes of Central Restaurant is the Mask Of Suckling Pig. Green Apple.Baby Tomato. Galangal. Sencha. I am afraid I had to pass that step, since I do not eat any beef or pork, but the comments of the table were very very complimenting.  Open kitchen main room is just one of the many seating and experience options.
