Prince de Galles by www.carlosmeliablog.comPrince de Galles Hotel Paris  |  Paris, France  |  During my last visit to Paris, my last night stay was at the recently renovated hotel Prince de Galles, on Avenue George V, Etoile. The hotel shares the exclusive zip code and block with the iconic Four Seasons George V, Hotel de Sers and the Fouquet’s Barrière. So if you are looking for location, then you are already on the right place, right in the Golden Triangle of Paris (aka. the area bounded by Avenues des Champs-Élysées, George V, and Montaigne). Beautiful property, Prince de Galles is a bit more modest than its next door neighbor, the Four Seasons.  Member of Starwood and the Luxury Collection, Prince de Galles is a genuine Maison de Luxe of exceptional warmth. A five stars hotel, legendary jewel of the Parisian Art Deco movement.

The exquisite Mosaic Suite boasts custom designed Art Deco furniture and a mosaic pattern carpet inspired from the hotel Patio. Separated into two distinct spaces and available in variations with a terrace or with a sofa bed, Mosaic Suites afford enchanting views over the city or the hotel’s charming patio. The master bathroom displays a mosaic styling which elegantly contrasts with the black tones of Saint Laurent marble. Complimentary wireless High Speed Internet Access + 46” flat screen TV in the living room and media hub + 40” flat screen TV in the bedroom + Sony PlayStation® 3 + Nespresso coffee machine + Shower/bathtub combination + Bulgari “au thé blanc” white tea collection bathroom amenities + Two complimentary bottles of water.

Stéphanie Le Quellec, an authentic and generous cuisine that favours fine tastes and exceptional products. Unfortunately, like many other great restaurants in Paris, during the month of August, it was closed. So a great reason to come back and try it.
Prince de Galles by www.carlosmeliablog.comLocated on the ground floor, the fitness center has been carefully decorated by the interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon. Inside a cozy atmosphere, a sportive and relaxing interlude takes place; a welcoming pause that is tinted with wood and ceramic mosaics illuminated by a gilded chandelier crafted by Delisle. The fitness center is equipped with approximately fifteen of the latest machines adapted for exercise, weight lifting, and cardio training.  Open 24 hours, 7 days a week, the center offers a men’s and women’s changing room and all the necessary comforts for an effective training session in the refinement of a space dedicated to the care of the body.

Prince de Galles by www.carlosmeliablog.comI really enjoyed my suite, but the highlight was to spend time at my private terrace In the mornings having my cup of coffee, but more so in the afternoon enjoying the sunset over Paris with a nice chilled bottle of Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose Champagne and some Macaroons. Carlos Melia Luxury Travel Curator –
