Private Tour of the Buckingham Palace in London  |  London, England  |  This morning very early and under the rain, we came to have our own private tour of the Buckingham Palace and the Royal Collection . It was amazing to have the whole Palace for ourselves before the rest of the tourist came in.

Perfect tour to do in London on a rainy day. Go through the rooms and ballrooms and enjoy the exquisite stunningly architecture, decoration and art and furniture. Buckingham Palace serves as both the office and London residence of Her Majesty The Queen. It is one of the few working royal palaces remaining in the world today. During the summer, visitors can tour the nineteen State Rooms, which form the heart of the Palace. These magnificent rooms are decorated with some of the greatest treasures from the Royal Collection, including paintings by Rembrandt, Rubens and Canaletto.
The tour takes approximately 1 hour and is auto guided on multiple languages, with your own headsets. My favorite rooms was the White Room, tall the chandeliers and the main staircase. No photography allow inside the Palace, so unfortunately I won’t be able to show much from inside.

We were lucky enough to be here for the Diamonds exhibition. Diamonds: A Jubilee Celebration – 30 June – 8 July and from 31 July – 7 October. This spectacular exhibition, alongside the summer opening of Buckingham Palace, includes an unprecedented display of a number of The Queen’s personal jewels. For more information Buckingham Palace Royal Collection I will carry on with my day in London. Cheers CM @ Carlos Melia Recommends
