When are you foreseeing your hotel opening back for tourists ?
We are OPEN. !!! Since September 4th.
What measures have you taken to reopen post COVID-19 ?
Please address sterilization measures, security, mandates on staff and guests testing, transportation etc.
> The entire hotel has been sanitized and disinfected by TecCare. This has been applied to all hotel areas inclusive of all guests floors. TecCare treatment is a specialized procedure of anti-bacterial and anti-viral agent application which last for approximately 30 days and kills bacteria and viruses on the surfaces.
> We have implemented a clinical cleaning process, so after cleaning the guestroom we disinfect all touch points. All touch points from in the common areas and back of the house are disinfected every 2 hours.
> Our concierge team is sanitizing the inside of taxis / transport door handles when guests enter and sanitising the trolleys after each use.
How do you plan to enforce these measures and how will you ensure compliance ?
> Training will be provided for all colleagues before they return to work, relating to our new way of operating.
> Standard Operating Procedures are in place and specific training sessions with all team members on working in new socially distanced environment signed off prior to commencement of work.
> We have reviewed all of our existing risk assessments and any new activity/practice is appropriately risk assessed before implementation.
How will these measures affect the overall regular stay and experience ?
We advise to provide us as much information in advance from passport details, arrival/ departure time to prepare for an express check-in to recommend filling in a pre-authorization link to facilitate the payments procedure. Also we highly recommend to pre-book all dining and spa/ fitness experiences to ensure availability and reduce waiting time due to reduced seating.
Booking & Payment Flexibility Terms and Conditions during and after COVID-19 time.
Should you need to amend or cancel your reservation, please contact us 24 hours prior to arrival (no later than 2.00pm local time at hotel) and we will be delighted to assist without charge. If amending or cancelling your reservation within 24 hours of arrival, then one night’s accommodation will be charged. Certainly, we are offering as much flexibility as possible for the best guest experience.
Will you be offering any special promotions, packages and/or value adds?
We do continue offering VIP Amenities when booking directly with you, as our Preferred Partner. And have enrolled two particular promotions, where the amenities are certainly applicable to: Re-Set providing a 20% discount when staying two nights or more and Stay 3, Pay 2.
How will you plan to maintain a level social distancing ?
You will find additional signage used throughout the hotel to remind guests, visitors, contractors, staff, third parties and customers to always adhere to the social distancing guidelines, wherever possible.
> To maintain a safe distance and minimize contact, physical barriers have been installed in certain areas of the hotel.
> These include barriers such as transparent screens at desks so that, when necessary, our team can interact with guests in a safe manner.
> Where appropriate and possible, one-way systems of movement may be in operation.
> Only one guest room at a time will be allowed into each elevator.
> To access our Spa and fitness facilities it is required to book a time slot to ensure that.
> You will notice a change in the layout of our food & beverage outlets in order to follow the social distancing guidelines.
Tell us about the current quarantine and restrictions within your destination ?
You may not have to self-isolate when you arrive in England, if you are traveling from one of the countries or territories listed on the GOV website. Please check the website before your travel as frequent changes can happen.

Our Oscar Wilde Lounge where we serve our award-winning Afternoon Tea. Dating back to 1865 and formerly known as the Grill Room, the gilded Oscar Wilde Lounge was renamed in honor of our most famous patron becoming the Oscar Wilde Lounge. It is in this very room that Oscar Wilde fell in love with Lord Alfred Douglas, Aubrey Beardsley debated with Whistler, David Bowie retired Ziggy Stardust and Mick Jagger, the Beatles and Elizabeth Taylor danced the night away.
